How to Access

Navigate to Dashboard → Stats tab.

Only aggregate data is shown — no individual user information is included.

Symptoms

• Usage data may show gaps or stale values
• The extension may display "collection failed" errors temporarily
• Rate limit percentage may appear frozen

What We're Doing

Claude Tuner automatically retries data collection on the next scheduled interval (every 10 minutes). No action is needed from users.

Status

Anthropic has resolved the outage. Rate limiting is gradually recovering. If you still see stale data after several hours, try clicking the refresh button in the extension popup.

Impact

• The Claude.ai API is returning errors, preventing Claude Tuner from collecting usage data
• Your dashboard may show stale or missing data during the outage period
• This affects all Claude Tuner users globally

What You Can Do

No action is needed. Claude Tuner will automatically resume data collection once Claude.ai is back online.
