# Rate Limit After Claude.ai Outage

Since the Claude.ai outage on 3/2 (Mon), API rate limiting has been occurring intermittently. This affects data collection for some users.

## Symptoms

- Usage data may show gaps or stale values
- The extension may display "collection failed" errors temporarily
- Rate limit percentage may appear frozen

## What We're Doing

Claude Tuner automatically retries data collection on the next scheduled interval (every 10 minutes). No action is needed from users.

## Status

Anthropic has resolved the outage. Rate limiting is gradually recovering. If you still see stale data after several hours, try clicking the refresh button in the extension popup.
